EASTER IN RIGA
The festive program will begin on March 30 and will continue until April 2. Concertswill be held in different districts of Riga, exhibitions and outdoor activities are planned.
At the Easter festivities, a special program is prepared for families with children. Traditional Easter rites, during which you can swing, paint and roll eggs, sing, dance and participate in various events, will be held at the Ziemelblazma Palace of Culture, Kalnciema kvartals, Mezapark Culture Park.
Creative workshops for children will be held in the cultural center "Imanta". In turn, visitors to the VEF Palace of Culture are invited to the concert "Mēs bijām spēlmanīši", and it will be possible to get acquainted with the Easter traditions, play and perform songs characteristic for this holiday. Families with children are invited at the Splendid Palace cinema, where the event "Latvijas ainavas krāsās un skaņās" will take place.
