Unique dinner - “A Sense of Feast” was initiated by “Access Israel” and Embassy of Israel in Latvia and hosted by the Gallery Park Hotel & SPA Restaurant Renomme. Guests had to follow rules they never experienced in their lives before.

Latvian sushi with buckwheat, herring, fresh cucumber & soured cream – you eat with closed eyes;

Argentinian steak with sweet potato & Chef's secret pepper sauce – you eat with special wooden gloves;

And "autumn nest" with ricotta, figs & honey-lemon sauce – you have to order with headphones.
